Help with Whatifolio.
If something looks wrong, start by restoring purchases, checking your network connection, and sharing your in-app Support ID when asking for help.
Contact support
Open a support request on GitHub: github.com/whatifolio/whatifolio_legal/issues.
Please include your device type, app version if available, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and your in-app Support ID if the issue is related to purchases, sign-in, whatifs, or Lifetime Unlimited.
Restore purchases
If Lifetime Unlimited or a recent whatif purchase does not appear after checkout, reinstalling the app, or switching devices, open the paywall and choose Restore purchase. Purchases are restored through the App Store or Google Play account used at checkout. Optional sign-in with Apple or Google can also help keep purchases and whatifs associated with the same Whatifolio account across supported devices.
Account deletion
If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can delete your Whatifolio account inside the app. Open About, go to Account & purchases, choose Delete account permanently, and confirm deletion.

Billing, refunds, and purchase issues
Whatifolio currently offers consumable whatif packs and a non-renewing Lifetime Unlimited purchase. Payments, refunds, taxes, regional pricing, and store receipts are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies.
Welcome whatifs and calculations
New users may receive welcome whatifs. Standard calculations spend one whatif each. You can buy additional whatifs in packs, or unlock Lifetime Unlimited to calculate without spending whatifs. The app may use anonymous account, device, and network-based controls to reduce abuse.
Calculation results
Whatifolio results are estimates for educational and entertainment purposes. They are not investment advice and should not be used as the only basis for financial decisions.
